YearEndStatementsConnect Planning Center

Year-end giving statements your way, from your Planning Center Giving data.

Planning Center's statements can't leave out a fund, skip small totals, or combine a whole household. Ours can. Then we email every donor their PDF and give you a print-ready file for the rest.

The three things churches ask for

Pick the funds

Leave out the coffee bar, camp payments, or any fund that isn't a gift. Or send a statement for one fund only.

Skip small totals

Set a minimum, like $250, and donors under it don't get a statement. You get a list of who was skipped and why.

One per household

Combine everyone in a Planning Center household onto one statement, with who gave each gift.

  1. Connect with your Planning Center login. We only read; we never change anything.
  2. Choose dates, funds, minimum and households. Counts update as you go.
  3. Preview real statements, then send a test to yourself.
  4. Send every donor their PDF by email, and download a print-ready file for donors without email.
  5. Fix a gift in Planning Center? Reissue that one statement, marked “Corrected”.

Questions

Is my donors' data safe?

Yes. Everything we store is encrypted, each church can only see its own data, and gift details are deleted 30 days after each statement run. We never sell data or use it for anything except your statements. Disconnect any time and we delete it all.

Does it change anything in Planning Center?

No. We only read your Giving and People data. Nothing is ever added, edited or deleted in Planning Center.

Will the totals match Planning Center?

They have to. Before making any statements, we check every donor's total against Planning Center's own numbers. If even one cent is off, we stop and tell you instead of sending anything.

What does the IRS need on a statement?

Your church's name, each gift's date and amount, and a sentence saying no goods or services were given in return other than intangible religious benefits. It's built in and can't be removed by accident.

What about Canada?

Not yet. Canadian official donation receipts have their own rules (serial numbers, specific wording), so for now this is for US churches.

Who can connect it?

Anyone with Giving Administrator or Bookkeeper access in Planning Center.
